Looking for your Member ID Card?
If you’re a new or renewing member and haven’t yet received your ID card in the mail, you can access it anytime on the MyBSWHealth member portal. Just log in to MyBSWHealth.com, click on Insurance & Billing, then Scott and White Health Plan, and select “ID Card.” Check out our Member Portal User Guide for more information on this and other helpful features.

COVID-19 VACCINE: The COVID-19 vaccine is available to health plan members at zero out-of-pocket cost

COVID-19 TESTING/TREATMENT: Effective March 6, 2020, and until further notice, Scott and White Health Plan is waiving member cost-sharing for care related to COVID-19, which includes testing, telehealth services, outpatient office visits and inpatient hospital stays. This applies to fully insured Commercial and Medicare Advantage members. Members of self-funded employer groups should contact their Human Resources Department for information on covered benefits.
Scott and White Health Plan Acquires FirstCare Health Plans
Scott and White Health Plan, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, has acquired FirstCare Health Plans. The combined plans will cover almost 400,000 members across North, West, and Central Texas. Visit SWHP.org/FirstCare for details.
