Effective July 1, Scott & White Health Plan began following the recommendation of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to decline third-party premium payments unless they come from state or federal government programs that provide premium and cost-sharing support; the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program; or organizations connected to Indian tribes. We will continue to review our policy as necessary. Please note this does not apply to members with employer-sponsored group coverage, Medicare or Medicaid.

We have updated the Member Portal Explanation of Benefits feature. Log in, click on “Claims” from the menu on the left side, then click on the amount under “Plan Pays” to view the Claim Snapshot. A new feature called “Service Details” now gives the claims itemization you may have been looking for. See an overview of this new feature here.
Multiple ways to pay your premiums
Avoid telephone wait time and pay your premium electronically. You can pay online through the Member Portal or through our automated system at 877-729-3763. See our Make a Payment page for more information.
