)We are pleased you have selected Scott & White Health Plan for your health care needs. Effective September 1, 2011 the following changes will be made to your Scott & White Health Plan policy through TRS-ActiveCare.
Summary of improvements and changes:

Our plan now has a $750 deductible.

The annual out-of-pocket maximum has changed to $3,000. This means that the most you would pay in a year is $3,000 for individual coverage.

The family out-of-pocket maximum remains unchanged at $6,000.

The primary care office visit copay remains at $20 per visit.

The specialty office visit co-pay is now $50 per visit.

For allergy serum, you pay 20% after deductible.

Outpatient surgery: $100 co-pay plus 20% after deductible.

Generic prescriptions are now only $3!
