Eligibility Criteria For Your Young Texan

• Resides in the Scott & White Health Plan service area
• Is between 32 days to 18 years old*
• Provide evidence of insurability
• Meets the Young Texan underwriting guidelines

*Eligibility ends on the last day of the month in which the child's 19th birthday occurs.
