The Scott & White Health Plan, in cooperation with several area fitness centers, is working together to offer Texas A&M University System employees and their families enrolled in the Scott & White Health Plan, a discount arrangement at the following locations:

• Aerofit

  With two locations in the Brazos Valley and more than 60,000 square feet of health club facilities, Aerofit offers personal trainers and group exercise programs. Facilities for swimming, tennis, racquetball and basketball are also available, as well as an indoor, heated pool for year-round water aerobic classes. Aerofit also has a supervised nursery. • FITLIFE

  Sponsored by the Department of Health and Kinesiology at Texas A&M University, FITLIFE is a program that offers you a convenient, low-cost fitness opportunity. Classes include step aerobics, water aerobics, senior fitness, strength training, circuit training and a new “Basic Training” fitness class. Semester-long memberships start at $50.00. • Gold’s Gym

  With two convenient locations in Bryan and College Station, Gold’s Gym features cardio equipment, aerobics, yoga and spinning classes, free weights and machines, a private women’s gym, whirlpool and sauna, childcare and full locker room facilities. Gym members can also receive professional fitness instruction from a certified personal trainer. As a Scott & White Health Plan member, you are eligible to receive a substantial discount on a membership to Gold’s Gym.
