Claims Department Overview

For covered services provided by Scott & White Health Plan network providers' members do not have to file a claim. The participating provider will file the claims on your behalf. Just make sure you present your ID Card at the time of service identifying you as a member.

For services provided by non-participating providers you will need to file a claim for reimbursement directly to the Scott & White Health Plan at the below address:

Once Scott & White Health Plan receives your claim, you will receive an acknowledgement letter within 15 days. The acknowledgment letter will indicate if any additional information is needed. Claims are paid within five business days following notification of acceptance.
