When you become a member of Health Plus, you have access to over 1400 physicians and other health care professionals. You can select your own primary care physician. And with our online Network Search tool, you can easily locate participating physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and administrative offices.

Health Plus Saver 3000 and Health Plus Saver 5000

We off two Saver plans for 2009. These Health Savings Account (HSA) plans are great for entrepreneurs, early retirees and anyone looking for the most affordable coverage with a low premium and higher deductible.

Health Plus Portfolio

We offer four Portfolio plans for 2009. This plan gives the member access to doctor visits and medication without paying a deductible and protection when something major happens.

Health Plus VI

This plan gives the member basic medical coverage that will allow them to see a doctor without having a high out-of-pocket expense.

Health Plus V

This plan gives the member rich benefits with less risk - which means higher monthly premiums but less out-of-pocket expenses when something major happens.
