Late Enrollees

If an employee fails to meet the 31 day open enrollment period, or fails to add newly acquired dependents within the specified time frame, he/she will be considered a Late Enrollee.

Late Enrollees will be effective the 91^st day after SWHP receives the signed Application/Enrollment form.
