The Basic HMO has been improved! It still provides comprehensive coverage with a small deductible and affordable rates, but now you pay no copays or coinsurance for preventive care or standard labs and x-rays. The Enhanced HMO is the same HMO you've known for years with low copayments and no deductible for most medical services. With either plan, you still receive superior coverage by one of the highest ranked Health Plans in Texas according to U.S. News & World Report¹.
