Preventive Service Indemnity Rider

This rider is available to employers with the MEDesign plan. The rider covers childhood immunizations and adolescent immunizations as well as numerous additional benefits. With this rider coinsurance and deductibles for preventive care are waived as long as care is provided by an Insurance Company of Scott and White provider.
