COBRA/CONEXIS

As a service to our employer groups, SWHP has chosen CONEXIS, a COBRA compliance administrator, to handle all COBRA administration for your group. These services will not affect your premium rates with SWHP. Once you become a member of the Health Plan, you will be contacted by a CONEXIS representative, who will then introduce their services to you.
