To enhance our service to you, Scott & White Health Plan has developed some online functionalities to empower you to take control of your health. If you have any questions regarding your health care benefits, or if you need additional information, please call the Scott & White Health Plan office nearest you to speak to a Customer Service Coordinator.

Employees who have questions concerning cost, contribution level, or enrollment should contact their Benefits Coordinator. Retirees need to contact the Customer Benefits Division of the Employees Retirement System of Texas in Austin.
