Claims Department Overview



For covered services provided by Scott & White Health Plan network providers, members do not have to file a claim. The participating provider will file the claims on your behalf. Just make sure you present your ID Card at the time of service identifying you as a member.

For services provided by non-participating providers you will need to file a claim for reimbursement directly to the Scott & White Health Plan at the below address:

Once Health Plan receives your claim, you will receive an acknowledgement letter within 15 days. The acknowledgment letter will indicate if any additional information is needed. Claims are paid within 5 business days following notification of acceptance.
