Health Plus Prescription Drug Plans*

Do you need prescription drug coverage? Health Plus offers two prescription plan options - $1000 Prescription Drug Plan and $3000 Prescription Drug Plan. These plans are optional on all Health Plus Portfolio plans beginning March 1, 2010.

$1000 Prescription Drug Plan

This plan offers a $1000 annual benefit after a $250 deductible has been met; however, the deductible is waived on generic medications. See the full benefit summary.

$3000 Prescription Drug Plan - NEW

We are now offering a richer prescriiption drug benefit that provides an annual benefit of $3000 once a $200 deductible has been met. Generics are always $10 and the deductible is waived when you purchase generic drugs. See the full benefit summary.
