Discounts to Medicare Part D Enrollees in the Doughnut Hole
Beneficiaries are eligible for 50 percent discounts on all brand-name drugs in the doughnut hole. Additional discounts on brand-name and generic drugs are phased in, to completely close the doughnut hole for all Part D enrollees by 2020.
