If you are unhappy with the cost or benefits of your current plan, we offer other plans for you to consider. Before you cancel your health plan, please talk with one of our Marketing Representatives about our other plans that may provide a solution to your needs at this time. To talk to a representative or request optional plan information:
- Call us at 1-866-522-2515 from 8-5 Monday - Friday.
- If you need assistance and your primary language is other than English, call 1-800-321-7947 and tell the Scott & White Health Plan Customer Service Representative. An interpreter from AT&T will assist you in completing your call.
- Hearing-impaired members should call 1-800-735-2989.
