The hospital confinement income protection policy provides cash benefits to you regardless of any other insurance you may have. The policy also provides first occurrence benefits for heart attack, stroke, coma and paralysis, air and ambulance transportation. Simply file a claim with a copy of an SWHP or ICSW explanation of benefits (EOB), and the check is in the mail.
Benefit Amounts: Pays $100 to $400 a day, plus additional benefits.
