Scott & White Health Plan has partnered with American Imaging Management, Inc. (AIM) to create a Radiology Quality Initiative (RQI) Program to promote the most appropriate use of high tech outpatient diagnostic imaging services. A RQI number is required for the following outpatient diagnostic imaging services:  CT, CTA, MRI, MRA, PET Scans and Nuclear Cardiology. The program will cover all SWHP members including commercial, Medicare and self-funded programs.

To request a RQI number, click on Provider Portal and select the User Login tab in the top right-hand corner of the page. Follow prompts to register and enter required information.
