Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Training

Training for Prescription Drug Plan Providers

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires all Medicare Advantage - Prescription Drug health plans to ensure that their participating providers complete Fraud, Waste and Abuse training on an annual basis¹. This training must be completed by December 31st of each year. In order to assist our providers in complying with this requirement, Scott & White Health Plan (SWHP) has created this web page, which includes an online training program to be completed by providers. Only one attestation is required from each pharmacy provider. The attestation should be completed by the Pharmacist in Charge or Store Manager after all pharmacy staff members have completed the training. 

In order to complete the program, please do the following:

  • Click on the first link below (Step 1) to take the training
  • Click on the second link below (Step 2) to attest that you (the Pharmacist in Charge or Store Manager) and your pharmacy staff have completed training.
